Delivery
We deliver artworks and studio products within Canada and to selected international locations. Delivery time depends on your location and the type of order.
Custom or commissioned pieces may take longer, as they are handmade and require additional production time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation with tracking details (where available).
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you notice visible damage, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns
Ready-made artworks and non-custom products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Custom or commissioned artworks, portraits, and digital files are non-returnable and non-refundable once work has begun or delivery is completed.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or partial refund after review.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect on arrival.
