Kay’s Art Studio provides a range of creative services such as art classes, workshops, exhibitions, commissioned art, and the sale of original artworks.
We may add, pause, or stop any of these services without notice if circumstances require it.
3. Orders and Payments
* All bookings or orders are confirmed only after payment has been received.
* We accept payments through the channels listed on our website or communicated directly by our team.
* Prices may change from time to time depending on material costs and other factors.
* Once your payment is confirmed, we will send you an acknowledgment and any necessary details about your order or booking.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
* Payments for commissioned artworks are non-refundable once work has started.
* If you booked a class or workshop, you can cancel or reschedule only if you notify us at least 48 hours before the session.
* No refunds are issued for missed sessions or last-minute cancellations.
* If we need to cancel a class or event, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
5. Custom and Commissioned Artworks
* Custom artworks are created based on your brief or concept.
* You will have the opportunity to review and approve sketches before final production begins.
* Small adjustments can be made within reason; major changes after approval may attract extra costs.
* Kay’s Art Studio retains copyright and reproduction rights to all artworks unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Everything displayed or produced by Kay’s Art Studio — including artworks, photographs, and text — is protected by copyright.
You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or share our content without our written permission.
7. Behaviour and Safety in the Studio
We aim to provide a calm, respectful, and creative environment.
* Please handle all materials and artworks with care.
* Any damage caused by carelessness will be billed to the individual responsible.
* We are not liable for any lost personal items.
* Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Your personal information is collected only for legitimate business purposes such as confirming orders, processing payments, or communicating updates.
